Booking & Access:
All users must book the field on line in advance to guarantee access.
Please arrive at your allotted time and leave promptly when your session ends to avoid overlap with other bookings.
Your timed slot is 50 minutes, there needs to be a 10 minute gap to allow exit with no cross overs.
Access to the field is restricted to the registered users and their dog(s) only, no extra guests or dogs without prior approval will be admitted.
Please remain in your vehicle until the previous hirer has exited, ensure the gates are closed and locked before releasing your dog(s). Keep dogs on leads outside of the fields fenced boundary.
Field Use:
There is a maximum of 4 dogs per booking to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.
Use the field at your own risk. The field is maintained and regularly checked for safety but owners must remain vigilant and responsible for their pets at all times. Please take care as the field might have uneven ground.
Do not allow dogs to dig holes or damage the field’s equipment e.g., fences, gates, trees or signage. Please report any damages or concerns immediately to the management.
No toys or balls that could be harmful to other dogs should be used. Any toys left after your visit will be disposed of.
Please respect the environment and nature in and around the field. Do not disturb surrounding animals and wildlife or damage plants.
Please be considerate of our neighbours by keeping noise levels to a minimum.
Children must be supervised and be accompanied by an adult, do not let them climb on the equipment.
Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. Please bring your own bags and dispose of waste in the designated bin.
No smoking, alcohol, human food (unless necessary for medical reasons) or littering are allowed.
Dog Safety & Control:
All dogs must be under control at all times, whether on or off lead.
Keep a close eye on your dog(s) and avoid leaving them unattended to cause damage or dig. Any holes caused by digging must be filled in.
Vaccinations & Health:
All dogs must be up to date with their vaccinations, including Kennel Cough. Proof of vaccinations may be requested.
Dogs showing signs of illness (e.g., vomiting, diarrhoea, coughing) should not be brought to the field.
Bitches in season can be exercised safely here.
Water is available but please bring your own bowl to stop cross infection.
Owners Behavioural Expectations:
Treat all dogs, owners, and staff with respect and kindness.
No loud or disruptive behaviour, including shouting or aggressive actions.
Security & Privacy:
The field is fully enclosed and secure; please assess to make sure it is suitable for your dog’s needs.
The field is monitored by CCTV for security purposes. Please report incidents or suspicious activity immediately.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Cancellations must be made……………before the booked session for a full refund????
In the event of bad weather or conditions that make the field unsafe, sessions may be rescheduled or refunded.
Liability Policy:
The use of Top Dog Field and its equipment is entirely at the hirer’s own risk. Top Dog Field accepts no liability for the death or injury of any person or dog, or for any damage to personal property. We also accept no liability for any losses, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses incurred during the use of the field.
- It is strongly advised that all users have appropriate pet insurance in case of an incident or accident.
- Top Dog Field will not be held responsible for any dog(s) escaping from the field.
- All vehicles parked on the property are left at the owner’s risk. We accept no liability for any loss, accidents, or damage to vehicles while on site.
- It is the handler’s responsibility to ensure the safety of themselves and their dog(s) at all times.
- Any harm caused to an individual or a dog(s) is the exclusive responsibility of the owner or the individual overseeing the dog(s).
- If your dog causes damage to Top Dog Field property, including equipment in the field, you may be liable for the cost of repairs or replacement.
- Top Dog Field reserves the right to withdraw permission to use the field at any time at our discretion, without explanation.
- The person who made the booking must be present and is responsible for informing any guests of the rules and conditions.
- Electronic data use – Top dog field will not disclose customer information to any other third party.
Declaration:
By completing a booking, I agree that:
- I have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions.
- My dog(s) is(are) in good health and up to date with vaccinations and flea/worming treatments.
- I will not use aversive training aids or methods.
- I will remain in my vehicle in the waiting area until the previous hirer has vacated the field.
- I will leave the field on time so that I do not infringe on the next hirers booking.
- I will not hold Top Dog Field liable for any accidents, loss, injury or illness that may occur whilst using the facilities.
- I respect that this is a multi-business venue and I, or any party that is attending with me, will only access the field, and will not trespass in any other area.
- I will not hold Top Dog Field liable if my dog(s) escape(s) from the field.
- I will leave the field as I found it and will tidy up after myself and my dog(s).
